Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings defined below unless the context requires otherwise:

All content in this document shall be interpreted fairly and reasonably, taking into account Sports 088's underlying intent to provide a safe, transparent, and fair betting platform for Malaysian players.

Member Eligibility

Use of the Sports 088 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old on the account registration date.
• Registering using personal information that is truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Not prohibited or restricted from using online gambling platforms in your jurisdiction of residence.
• Never had an account previously suspended or terminated by Sports 088 due to a breach of terms.
• Acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other individual or entity.

Sports 088 takes its child protection responsibilities seriously. If we determine that an account has been opened by an individual under the age of 18, all balances and winnings will be frozen and further appropriate action will be taken.

Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account active on Sports 088. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the freezing of all associated accounts and full forfeiture of any existing balances. Sports 088 employs advanced detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, including through IP addresses, devices, payment information, and behavioural data.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate and truthful information, including:

• Full name as per official identification documents (MyKad or passport).
• Accurate date of birth.
• An active and reachable email address.
• A valid mobile number registered in your name.
• Your preferred deposit method must be registered in your own name.

It is the Member's responsibility to ensure all account information remains current and accurate. Any changes to personal details must be reported to the Sports 088 support team promptly via email at support@sports088.best.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Sports 088 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Our platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods commonly used by Malaysian players:

Deposit Limit: The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction. The maximum deposit limit may vary depending on the chosen payment method. Sports 088 reserves the right to set daily deposit limits for specific accounts based on internal risk assessments.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per request. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours on business days. Processing times may vary depending on the chosen withdrawal method and any applicable verification requirements.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a bank account/digital wallet that has been verified in the member's name.
• Sports 088 reserves the right to require identity verification before processing withdrawals exceeding RM5,000.
• Funds deposited to meet promotional requirements must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be made.
• Any withdrawal suspected to be linked to money laundering or fraudulent activity will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities.

Betting & Gaming

Sports 088 provides a platform for Sports Betting across multiple categories — including EPL football and the Malaysia Super League, badminton, IPL cricket, and e-sports titles such as Mobile Legends and Dota 2 — as well as Live Casino games like baccarat, roulette, and blackjack.

The general terms applicable to all bets placed on Sports 088 are as follows:

• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or modified by the Member.
• A bet is only valid when sufficient balance is available in the account at the time the bet is placed.
• In the event of a technical error or system disruption affecting the placement of a bet, Sports 088 reserves the right to void the bet in question and refund the original stake to the Member.
• Winnings from bets are credited to the Member's account immediately after the official result is confirmed.
• For sporting events that are cancelled or postponed by more than 24 hours, all bets will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise specified in the sport-specific terms.
• Sports 088 reserves the right to decline or restrict any bet at the platform's absolute discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

For Live Casino games, all outcomes determined by the dealer or a certified RNG (Random Number Generator) system are final. Disputes regarding casino game results will not be entertained unless there is clear, verifiable evidence of a technical failure.

Bonuses & Promotions

Sports 088 offers a variety of promotions to Members from time to time, including a first deposit bonus of up to RM1,000, a daily 5% rebate, a weekly 10% cashback, and special promotions during major tournaments. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions set for each offer.

General terms applicable to all Sports 088 bonuses and promotions:

• Every promotion carries a rollover (wagering requirement) that must be met before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is permitted. The rollover requirement for each promotion is clearly stated in its respective promotional terms.
• Bonuses are available to verified and active accounts only. Accounts found to be involved in bonus abuse are not eligible for any promotions.
• Sports 088 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Members are entitled to the welcome bonus once only. Attempting to claim it more than once through multiple accounts is a breach of terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts.
• A 5% daily rebate is calculated based on total net daily turnover and is automatically credited to your account the following day.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Sports 088 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable:

• Multiple Accounts: Registering or using more than one account under the same or different identities.
• Use of Bots or Automation Software: Using any software, script, or automated system to place bets, access accounts, or interact with the platform.
• Fraud & Hacking: Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities, hack the system, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Money Laundering: Using the Sports 088 platform to conceal or transfer funds obtained through illegal means.
• Bonus Abuse: Any strategy designed to unfairly exploit the promotions system.
• False Information: Registering using a false identity or misleading information.
• Underage Involvement: Allowing or facilitating access to the Sports 088 platform by individuals under the age of 18.

Sports 088 cooperates fully with the relevant authorities and will report any activity suspected of violating the law, including financial fraud and money laundering.

Responsible Gaming

• Personal Deposit Limit: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings at any time. These limits take effect immediately upon being set and can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.

• Play Break: Members may choose to take a temporary break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a longer period.

Account Termination

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting the Sports 088 support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining balance in the account (after deducting any bonuses that have not met the rollover requirements) will be returned to the member via their registered payment method.

Sports 088 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Evidence or suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity.
• Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Inactive (no login) for more than 12 consecutive months.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by the member.

In the event of account termination due to a breach of terms, Sports 088 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance as compensation, subject to the assessment of the case.

Limitation of Liability

Sports 088 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses incurred as a result of bets placed on the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond Sports 088's control, such as internet outages, power failures, or force majeure events.
• Data loss resulting from unavoidable technical failures.
• Any action or decision made based on information available on the platform.

Sports 088's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

Terms Amendment & Governing Law

Sports 088 reserves the right to amend, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page. It is the member's responsibility to check this page periodically for the latest updates.

Continued use of the Sports 088 platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you have the right to close your account and stop using the Sports 088 platform.

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Sports 088 is registered. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration under the procedures established by Sports 088.
